Tailor-made activities
I put emphasis on oral practice.
The morning lessons are adapted to your specific language needs (vocabulary, grammar, communication skills, intercultural skills) and designed to optimise learning during the afternoon activities.
Throughout the week, my aim is to give you the opportunity to interact in French with French people on a daily basis: during meals, excursions, coffee breaks, impromptu encounters...
I want you to discover 'real' French life!
You'll meet locals and have experiences that are very different from those of a tourist.
I'll be delighted to show you the hidden gems in my native region.
French classes
Classes are held in the mornings from 9am to 12pm by a certified French language trainer. The maximum number of participants is six.
Village visits
The Centre-Val de Loire region is full of charming, picturesque villages to explore. We'll get to meet their inhabitants.
The châteaux of the Loire
Chambord, Blois, Amboise, le Clos Lucé, Chaumont sur Loire... Countless historic sites to discover!
Gastronomy
Discover local specialities in a convivial atmosphere.
An authentic French culinary experience guaranteed.
A green holiday
Forests and rivers, lakes and footpaths... The Centre region is a treasure trove of protected nature.
The wines
Throughout the week, you will be able to sample Loire Valley wines and tour wine estates. You can talk to the winemakers and enjoy private tastings.

Day 1 - Sunday
From 3.00 pm : Welcome
- Installation au Domaine du Gorgeat
- Guided tour of the domaine
- Dinner with the group
Day 2 - Monday
9.00am - 12.00pm :
- French lessons
- Lunch at the estate
2:30pm - 5:30pm :
- Guided tour of the town of Vendôme
- Dinner at the estate
Day 3 -Tuesday
9.00am - 12.00pm :
- French lessons
- Lunch at the estate
2:30pm - 6:00pm : - Guided tour of a château in the Loire Valley
(Chambord, Chaumont or Amboise and Clos Lucé, depending on the season and the group's choice)
- Dinner at the estate
Day 4 -Wednesday
9.00am - 12.00pm :
- French lessons
- Lunch at "Le Moulin" restaurant in Vendôme
2.30pm - 6pm :
- Excursion to the village of Poncé-sur-le-Loir (heritage and crafts)
- Wine tasting at Thoré-la-Rochette at the winemaker's house
- Dinner at the estate
Day 5 -Thursday
9.00am - 12.00pm :
- French lessons
- Lunch at the estate
2:30pm - 5:30pm :
- Visit of the town of Blois and its château (guided visit)
- Dinner at the estate
Day 6 -Friday
9.00am - 12.00pm :
- French lessons
- Lunch at "Sainte Catherine" inn in the village of Trôo
2:30am - 5:30pm :
- Guided tour of the troglodyte village of Trôo and the medieval village of Lavardin
- Dinner at the estate
Day 7 -Saturday
- Morning at leisure
- Lunch at the estate.
2.30pm - 5.30pm :
- Guided tour of the Manoir de la Possonnière, home of the poet Pierre de Ronsard
Day 8 -Sunday
Morning departure
Price for :
French courses and activities, full board accommodation in a double room with en-suite facilities.
One student : 1980€ incl. VAT
Two students* : 2920€ incl. VAT
(€1460 per student, incl. VAT)
Rate for trainee and companion** : 2460 € incl. VAT
(€1230 per person, incl. VAT)
The price includes all the services described in the Programme.
* The second student is accommodated in the same room.
** The companion will be accommodated in the same room, must be able to communicate in French and take part in all activities except the courses.
